- Can you fix Wi-Fi dead spots in my home?
In most cases, yes. We check your router placement, test signal strength in different rooms, and adjust settings. If your home needs a mesh system for full coverage, we will explain what that means and help you choose one.
- I changed my Wi-Fi password and now my TV will not connect. Can you help?
This is one of the most common calls we get. We reconnect your TV, phones, tablets, printers, and any other devices to your updated network.
- Can you set up streaming apps on my smart TV?
Yes. We install and sign into Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, Crave, Apple TV, and any other streaming services you use. We make sure everything is working before we leave.
- I have too many remotes. Can you simplify things?
We can show you how to use fewer remotes, or in some cases, control everything from just one. We walk you through it so you feel comfortable using it on your own.
